Former level 58 who left for greener pastures last year. I'm curious how much bonus I would have gotten. I see $30-60k referenced here a lot. What's the actual # that hit your bank account?

Why would you be surprised at seeing $27K hit the bank? We were told exactly what our bonus amount would be, including our merit increase details 7 to 10 days before March 4. The only surprise someone would have is if you don't know your own tax rates for state and federal.
I personally got $46K before taxes/deductions. With a total of $52K with my bonus advance already received in 2021.
The poster that got $11K, probably makes $70K annual base salary. Assuming that amount is before deductions, and does not include the $3K advance in 2021.
Bonus pay is not dependent on grade. Only time time grade matters is how much bonus advance you receive, $3K or $6K. Your bonus depends on your salary. For 58s, this can be large range, from $110K to $210K tops. So if you are 58, upper range, with > MET, you probably saw $40K+.
Grade 60s top out at $270K ish. Most probably are in the $200K to $250K range. Work out the math. That turns out to be around $60K depending on your individual performance.

$50K after taxes, but not including the $6K advance I already received.
Not sure if you are aware, but they screwed everyone and left our bonus percentages where they were. So Schwabbies get the ~5-13% they were at already depending on level. I’m a 58 (after fighting a stupid down level and should be a 59) and got $22K in my account after taxes.
32k
I was not expecting them to be generous but I was surprised at at seeing 27k hit the bank. I'm a 58 btw.
After taxes 31k
38k
You all understand that the bonus amount potential depends on your base salary right? Grade 58s, at the high end, can make $200K. Their ABO, annual bonus opportunity, is $30K, just based on that salary. This year the corporate funding is 136% for the bonus pool, so their bonus potential is $40K. Depending on their actual individual performance, that they get something between $30 - $40K. For grade 60s, their salaries top out at $270K. Most probably fall in the range of $200 - $250K. Do the math. They potentially can get $60K annual bonus this year, if not more.
The folks calling out $9K here, probably got $12K total ($3K advance), and make around $80K, plus or minus $10K.
Nothing close to that. 9k here and I am a 58. As per usual, STS gets screwed in the name of "reallocation of funding"
Well, actual amount that hits your bank account varies greatly for each individual. There's a state tax component, which varies greatly (CA or TX). Contributions for 401K and/or ESPP.
The $30K - $60K should be before tax, before deductions, but unsure if that includes advances, which could be $3K or $6K.
$30K isn't far out there. That's probably the ABO for most experienced grade 58s, making around $200K / year. Then tack on another 36% for the company performance, plus personal performance, etc. Grades 60s, depending on experience, and how long you've been here probably are over $200K, with some hitting $250K+ base. So $50K to $60K for these guys is not outside the realm.
$11,000. Manager with over 10 years service. Received in the past Key Performer, chairman’s club etc. i have no idea, nor do I know anyone that receives that kind of bonuses.
