Considering how terrible the management is, the situation at Noble is not so bad. Since Noble has the worst management of all the companies I’ve worked for before, everything could have been a lot worse here. They have more luck than brains.

Perhaps the Op thinks they are posting to the drilling company, Noble Corp. Given their post, it's the only thing that makes sense.
