Was at 75% target in carepass got a little taken from bonus which Is fine with me I’ll gladly give up that small portion of bonus I don’t get for not getting carepass
No bonus on myhr or review yet. Maybe my DL is affraid to give it to me......

Carepass added 3k to my 30k bonus. Just get better at your job
Daily goal for Carepass in my store is 4 per day. That’s an automatic miss.

Cvs is a trash company and I'm not sure why anyone would expect any less. Corporate has been working to make Store level bonuses a thing of the past by giving unrealistic goals. I always bonus over budget but it's because I work the system...
It was well known that carepass was a modifier on the bonus. If you didn't then the issue is your dl didn't communicate and you didn't hit in carepass
Sounds like a class action since the parts that make up our bonus are literally written on the compensation plan.
Yup, doesn't matter how you did on other areas , If you missed carepass Money was taken away
Can you go into detail on this? Other managers want to know. My DL hasn't even given reviews yet. Seems like we are trending on getting rid of bonuses like Walgreens.
