no. we are all human beings working for a company. I dont disagree with the obvious disparity in the leadership talk vs the walk, you are correct. I do disagree with the way they try to cover up that disparity by throwing money at valueless jobs like ambassadors of social groups and resource group leads when we need actual workers, not propagandists. We are spending a lot of time and money catering to a small percentage of people. Why can't we just be agnostic? I honestly don't care what color you are, if you pray, who you sleep with, or your politics. Let's do away with this façade and get back to working at making a successful company where employees are rewarded for their individual and combined achievements. Segregating people into groups is, ummmm... segregation. We are more powerful UNITED.
