This should be our new (truthful) Slogan
Let us name the ways:
- Old-fashioned “Butts-in-Seats” mentality
- Outdated counterintuitive non-integrated technology
- Autocratic management style
- Elitist white men still holding the highest seats
- Inability or unwillingness to embrace changing times
- CEO is still going with the 1980’s Greed is Good motto (for himself)
- Zero pro-activity
- Non- competitive pricing model for non-competitive services
- Zero respect for employees and how they contribute to the success of the business
- Zero respect for our customers
- Zero innovation
- Inability to authentically repair WFC’s scandal-plagued reputation
These are my thoughts at this time. I’m sure I’ve missed a bunch from where I sit, so I would be interested in hearing your input.
