Thread regarding CVS layoffs

Finally got a raise

I have not had a raise since the company rolled out compensation guide lines .( 2009)
I have been told I was red lined. I received a lump sum but it was usually low like $1500--2000. I am a store manager . This year I was amazed to get a raise. Does anyone have info on new manager pay guide lines . Does anyone have any info at all ?

Based on store volume. If you are in a lower volume store the max rate is lower then in higher volume stores
