That should leave T with around $110B in debt. I wonder if Stankey learned anything from his misadventures.
- 5B cash goes to T from Discovery. 1.5B of T debt will be assumed by Discovery.
T paid 102B, less than three years ago, for the purchase of Warner Media. 79B cash and 23B assumed Time Warner debt.
Ouch, that's gonna leave a mark.
