The 2014-15 crash was about the Saudi’s taming shale.

With COVID, ESG, enviros shake is tame enough. US production won’t reach 13 million before 2024 (if ever). Shale is now in its mature phase.

All it takes is the Saudis to want lower prices (for market share), the price will plummet. We've seen this over and over again.
