Intel is living off its old glory and the leadership thinks we should feel privileged to have a job here. The days of glory are long gone, someone needs to inform our leadership about that. There is no enthusiasm, motivation is low and almost no one is happy here anymore unless they managed to get an offer somewhere else.

I think it’s just one person who BK fired and now blames Pat. They have Stockholm syndrome and forgot who did them wrong.

I’ve never understood why people complain so much on this site. Why complain about every. Single. CEO. We’ve ever had. Think you could run a multi-billion dollar, 200k person org better? I can’t even imagine how difficult that would be. SMH - if you’re so smart, why are you suffering here? Why not be grateful and if you want something else, go find it.
@1uux - The getting is not good since the last time they offered juicy VSPs back in 2016-2017. But yes, the grass is much greener out there.
