Has anyone heard anything? Will we even get a raise? I literally have heard nothing about this so far.

The only raise you will get is if you pull a “Tobin” on a zoom call
Don’t expect a raise. If you get one, it is like finding a $20 bill in a pair of jeans or coat you haven’t worn in a long time.
The only cost of living raise happens to PZ….like if he wants to buy a new yacht, meaning what raise would he need to increase his cost of living…..
I can’t believe you’re asking about a raise when all of WC is being terminated or transferred to GB.
The only way you can get a better salary at AIG is to be promoted to another level ("level up"); however, it would be easier to just apply for a new job elsewhere:)
You will more than likely hear the line “be happy you have a job” than any rumors of a raise.
We’re not getting one my friend. Sorry to break it to you, but while your boss and they’re bosses get nice raises / promotions.. you’re going to keep your head down and do more work!! Welcome to life at AIG. One thing I tell many people is.. make sure when you onboard with AIG, you get the most money you can in that offer letter.. and you better be happy with it for at least the next 3-4 years. Because you will NOT see a raise no matter how well you do
