DM here. Definitely not up in our market in Great Lakes. July is the roll out of the new sales app launch and tablet. Only time will tell but I doubt this will happen this year. If it’s in a test market it could be years before they roll that out nation wide if it even works m. Super territories failed last time Around.

The South East region has been picked for the super territory test market. We have 2 reps who just quit and the DM was instructed to not replace them to prepare for the super territory changes. Changes start in July.

Super territories are not coming anymore soon. I’m a DM with the great lakes region. I’ve yet to hear anything remotely pointing towards this. We have new tablets and sales app launching soon we will all be training on. Business as usual this year.

Makes sense since I just found out there is a vaccine mandate for all new hires. Won’t be long until they force it on us. Good way to downsize the sales force without having to offer severance.

Sorry buddy, Your DM you know very well is lying to you. He or she is not giving you the facts. :(

If none of the info on here ever comes true, and it's all lies, why do you remain on this site?

You may want to check into a "facility" somewhere...

The only lies are what you hear from management! Not sure how long you've been around, but apparently not long enough to know management lies all the time.

Talked with my DM today who I know very well. There are no rumors of super territories in our region as of now. Just more lies on this site and none of it comes true ever.

I agree with this at some point. Like I said it’s not happening this year. Also from a good source. 2023

In the past it has always been April that company changes happen.

It seems with the pandemic, ever changing upper management, etc, the April date may be a thing of the past.

Time will tell.

IMO this also means sales reps will lose their jobs as sales reps, and/or maybe have the option to become merchandisers.

Super territories=less sales reps needed.

As usual to this company, the sales reps of the super territories will have a rediculous amount of order writes per day. This company can never give a fair daily workload, at least to the unfavored ones.

This isn't a rumor. It's been confirmed by my teams higher ups. Super territory are coming around end of April, first of May. They want Sales reps to only order/sale and merchandise to merchandise. It makes sense on paper, but reps wont have control over the conditions of their stores anymore. I'm not a fan of the idea, but this is happening.

What is it with people and the April 1st date? Changes can happen anytime.

Oh you are definitely wrong, there is a rumor, and some confirmation from others in management positions.

The question is when, not if.

Time will tell. Probably not this year though.

Lol. There is no rumor of this and if it was too happen this year it would start April 1st as it does every year with changes. Next year 2023 maybe.
