Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Let fiserv be a lesson

Next take work too seriously. Never ignore family or friends for work. You owe no one 24x7 availability. Work is not your family. As soon as they can find a way to swap you for lower costs they will. And the big one, if you ever have leverage on them, use it without guilt and exploit the he-l out of it

Exactly as I’ve read here dozens of times…whining of not liking the color of Frank’s shirt, how another leader parts their hair…buyer beware on selecting a new employer…many of you are so angry (over one day someone said they prefer people in an office the
‘Majority’ of the time), you lost your ability to see Fiserv objectively. The company hires hundreds every month and they are all positive and thankful (and realistic) because they know as mature professionals that no person and no company is perfect…be careful before running vs going.

@kfv+1fPvQcgX Wipro, tata, infosys Cognizant are all companies I deem as employer of last resort.

Here's the head to head per glassdoor Wipro ranks ahead of Fiserv sad right (we know to be suspicions of these ratings Fiserv has trolls posting here)

After I left Fiserv, in time, I applied and was accepted for a position with WiPro. Their policies make First Data look wonderful. No Vacation time for a year really (you may 1 day a month) and constant monitoring. I got out of there before I even did anything. Life comes first and I got to spend time with my younger grand-daughter. My wife is also developing serious conditions and spending time there is precious. Layoff? Make your own decisions wisely but not too late.
