I think it is wrong to call those at the top "leadership". Because, we all know what a real "leader" is and what the characteristics of real leadership are. NCR, in that sense, doesn't have a real leadership. Sometimes I try imagine what real leadership would do here?! I believe it would make a big shake up.

Getting called out at night and I mean as often as it happens says to me understaffed.
It was ridiculous..
I understand I have a job to do but once in a while would like some appreciation. Especially going on calls late night with very little notice it’s very disruptive. This is one area where Management and Team Leads could use improvement.
You have to lead by example. It’s an old saying but it’s true. The people that report to you just want honesty and good communication and that you are willing to put in the hard work. Most importantly that you have their back. In this day and age it’s getting harder to find truly decent leaders. I don’t have a really good read on my MGR very reserved and doesn’t call unless it’s a review or something they need. I’m not totally aware of what he works on during the day to day other than putting out fires and approving OT and payroll, plus expense reports. My original manager I had a much better take on but let the job consume him.

Good leaders serve those they lead. A good leader in any organization must have the mindset that they truly and sincerely work for their employees and not the other way around.
All ELT members are a buck of crooks. They just care about their own big payday and stock price. Real leaders care about their employees and do not treat them as a number. Sorry to say but i don’t see that happening anytime soon in NCR. I already looking…
