That's the gist of it. They have created a pathetic work culture with no concept of balance. That's a pity because I used to like my job. I work with great people and what I do is quite interesting. I can't enjoy it anymore, though, with all the negative changes we've had to deal with in the past few years. I miss the old days, but I know there's no going back. Anybody who wants a better environment will have to look for it elsewhere. Me included.
