Pushing responsibilities onto others

I am tired of people constantly pushing responsibilities onto others. I have noticed that this happens more often at Mondelez than at the companies I have worked for before.

Isn't that a clear sign that many here do not even know what the full scope of their responsibilities is, which again is the management's fault?

WOW, yes, absolutely. There's complete double standards in this company. The managers allow this guy over here to be a loser of an employee, while forcing this person over here to pick up the losers slack, resulting in the good employee doing twice the work.

Talk about major burnout.

Mondelez SUCKS!

Upper Management doesn't stick around this dumpster fire. Their average tenure is less than 2 years.

Yeah. They learn from Senior Leaders. Just push responsibilities to others and wash your hands.

Management at Mondelez is a joke! All starts at the top and trickles down. Never gonna change. Best thing to do find another job, so many available.
Best thing I did for myself.
