Anyone heard this rumor lately, some mgrs said they saw it on another rumor site? Just wondering if there’s any true to it???

And so project TITANIC is born CVS is relentless in there pursuit to crush stores and employee morale. Karen get off your Paleton bike and walk into your stores and see what’s really happening. For years the YES men have been ruining the stores. Minimum hours equals less than minimum standards. You can give out your extra bucks and meaningless coupons until your blue in the face, because we charge 7-11 prices. The pandemic is over. Customers will be voting thumbs down to the way these stores are running. You may have them hooked because of there insurance but they will grab there script and walk out with no other purchases. Get your speech ready for Wall Street why you’ll be closing more stores and earnings are down. Please gather your best spin doctors so you can frame it as a positive.
If this is true, it will end up being a disaster, and lead to more people ending up leaving. DL's won't adhere to, or work with people's schedules, and will just end up scheduling people outside their availability. They will claim there just scheduling based on demand hours/business needs/schedule that MySchedule puts out, but that will just end up blowing up in their faces.
Told on payroll call that since we can’t control payroll they will. Most DL’s don’t have a clue how to run a store correctly

DLs can’t even visit stores never mind using myschedule now that’s a joke !! 😝
I bet some DLs have started to keep there stores within payroll but won’t be permanent
