We all know that new comp plans are always tested in certain markets before being released. So the theory that they released this a few weeks after "listening" to us in the pulse survey is Ludacris. They had to have tested it for a few months. I'm curious, does anyone have any feedback that took part in the test market? Was there a rise or decline in payout? Were the goals attainable? Give us some feedback

as my DM said, if you looking for those $3K checks a month, you are on the wrong side of business. Yes, that was my DM saying that to me in a private meeting!
Verizon won't be paying 14 Reps $3K each when the old days only 3 of each store were making $3K to $4K the rest were just making their $1200
The point of the One Team Commission is to pay less not to give you more.
I wouldn't be surprised if they hired analysts to reduce costs.
I literally heard my DM say our job isn't very hard so we shouldn't be making that much.
Cool, don't expect me to care much about anything.
There would be no test group because the people in charge are barely just now leaving their houses from the pandemic. I can def believe that analysts came up with it.
That's what I thought.. there is no proof. Just another blowhard talking out their @$$.
Lol, incredible… can you please show us the proof? Can I see a link to the picture of this slack group?
There was no test market. The test was a group of analysts who ran an analysis of the old vs new structure on every door. They were given a target of a 20% reduction in payout across the company. These very smart people left their slack group public. The evidence is all in plain sight.
I’m sure you’ll get some great and reliable sources from this website full of disgruntled and lazy employees. Lol!
