What do you gain by mocking people who've decided it's time to move on? This might be a great place to work for some but others are not that lucky. If they decide to leave a bad situation instead of remaining stuck in it and let us know they're leaving, you should be happy for both them and yourself. They're moving on to greener pastures and the rest of us can enjoy a bit more job security since enough people are leaving. I really don't get some of you...

I have seen 4 Green and 2 Blue leave, maybe a little more than you would expect at this time, but nothing major.
And when you put it into the context that all employers are experiencing higher levels of attrition, there's nothing unusual.
@2kgv+1fRZEvC2 I have a different experience. I work with many that are both Green and Blue. So far, I have not only seen three resignations from the many that I know. That is normal attrition around this time.
@hei+1fRZEvC2 not sure what you're talking about. I know many green have left or are leaving since bonus payout. A handful submitted resignation on March 4, the rest in the last couple weeks. And these are just people I personally know, I'm certain there are more.
Did JJ Kinahan leave or was he asked to go?
Schwab nice! Lovely schwamily
I am not hating folks who choose to leave. I am hating folks that claim they are leaving, in masses, after their bonus, but find those same "more runs" are still hanging around. I am all for people that are not happy with their current situation to move on. You will probably find better opportunities, higher job satisfaction, more empowerment, and higher compensation.
However, just go already. Its funny that before March 4, you have all these Green folks posting about T- so many days until bonus payout. Then you have this poll with a ton of Green folks saying they are leaving. Well. It's now T+ 17 days and counting, and I don't see any mass exodus. The handful of folks that I have seen leave is just normal attrition rates, from both Blue and Green.
Don't feed the trolls. When I left, it was an overwhelmingly positive experience, and I have stayed in touch with many of my former associates. This message board isn't reality.
