@1kpz+1fRkV48p Empathy is good, but forcing yourself to work a lousy job when you can get a better one doesn't help or hurt Ukrainians in any way.

The moral is in the DUMPSTER! Folks are departing aka retiring. It’s musical chairs with work being distributed to folks who don’t have a clue. Total insanity!

Very low morale in Merrill offices. Oh, a CA left, just put her workload on another CA and call it a day! Problem solved....

Seriously, if they offer any more free food to eat at the cube 18 inches from our peers, or encourage us to volunteer one more time, I might blow. We’ve proven over 2 years that we can live and work just fine without employee engagement BS that is a waste of time and actually just takes our personal break time away from us.

So I’ve been down in the dumps for at least a year. Maybe longer. I’m so unhappy and I can’t seem to shake this feeling. I feel unappreciated and overworked. I hate being in the office.

But then tonight I was watching the news and this woman from Ukraine was crying and said she didn’t even care about losing her house. She just wanted to stay alive, to live.

And then I felt guilty because my “problems” pale in comparison to the struggles other people around the world are facing right now. I am going to try to stop whining about RTO. No guarantees, but I’m going to try.

Horrible and it is not just me, everyone I have talked to whether at home or in the office is sick of the RTO process. Corporate doesn't give a s... about anyone at all, and people are noticing it now more than ever. I thought I was going to retire in this place. I really like my job and my team, I don't care for seeing anyone at the office though. A lot of people have left due to RTO and the rest are just feeling the pressure on top of the workload. Corporate is being so disrespectful with their s..ty raises and lack of innovative processes to let teams use the current technologies and stay wfh where we can perform and feel better. It is sad to see this place going to s..t, sad to see how ancient corporate mentality is.

A lot of angry pi$$ed off employees!!! Cr---y managers and process/bureaucracy now magnified by treating us like 2-year-olds by mandating RTO.

This is what we get for delivering a RECORD YEAR working from home.

Dinosaurs rule the earth again!

Not a soul is happy with RTO save the control freak managers, some social butterflies, and people that hate being home.

Morale is rock bottom low

I wouldn't be surprised if all in office and people will start "fight clubs" or have physical altercations....
