Thread regarding Dean Foods Co. layoffs

For the sake of your health, leave

I did and I feel like a new person. It had gotten so bad for me that I started having heart palpitations each morning before going into work. Once I realized I was ruining my health, I started looking for a new job. It took me less than a month to find something! Turns out all my fears about not being able to find a job if I was fired were unfounded. If you are in a similar position I was in, please, give it a try. You'll feel so much better and your health will improve immensely.

I was fired by a female supervisor shortly after a heart and 2 stents and shortly after she couldn't explain why her production workers could not come close to production quotas and why I could. The employment of medicated vegatrons along with wanna be management and the degradation of the millenial work ethic has and will continue to plague society.

Agree completely. I left after being there for far too long and am so so so much happier at my new company and with my new supervisor. It's like night and day.

Left late last year after 15 years in. Job I left for wasn't any better. Was bait and switched on a number of things. New job I started two months ago much better so far. More jobs than people looking to work right now. If in a place you hate, go some place else. There's never been a better time for workers.
