I know work isn't supposed to be fun but this level of boredom is something else. No challenges, no innovation, no quality-of-life improvements, nothing. I feel stuck. I am paid well and that's the only reason why I'm still here. I'm not sure that'll be enough much longer, though.

While I've shared the sentiment for most of my time here, I've also tried to use that to a more holistic life advantage. Tuition reimbursement, volunteering during work hours, etc. While the work isn't that fulfilling here, at least I've been able to do a lot more with my life that I can be proud of. Would be even more if we stayed remote, but that's a topic for a different thread...
