I’ve looked a little at what people write on competitors’ forums here, but I can’t make an assessment whether the job at AIG is much more volatile than the job at competitors. Any thoughts? I wouldn't want to leave the industry, but I would like to have a more stable job.

AIG posts fake reviews on Glassdoor to hide the truth: the place is much worse than most of it's competition.
Yes other companies are more stable.
