Please do NOT have another realignment. You will destroy the company. Every time someone gets a new boss there is insane turnover and stress and engagement issues.

Realignment was pushed back because they know how much trouble they are in with staffing and engagement. DL’s quitting due to realignment and no one in the pipeline to replace.
Please do not bother Prem he showed everyone yesterday how much he believes in himself and the company. He dumped almost 17,000 shares and cashed it in for nearly 1.7 million dollars. So no he doesn’t care if if your hours went down. He’s about to make it rain baby.
Who are these two you speak. except for photo ops do they bring any real value.
Some districts are real too heavy and some are absolute cr-p. It needs to be done
