I certainly didn’t start to hate this place all of a sudden. I went from being full of enthusiasm and gradually came to a point of zero morale where I am today. It is difficult to work with such morale. How to regain the lost motivation? Perhaps the only way is to find another job.

I agree completely, the amount of Kool Aid drinking is ridiculous.
Sorry, after a while, repeating to myself that I am an engaged financial professional doesn’t make it an easier when I have a college degree and am spending 45 minutes getting an octogenarian logged into their account

When your manager defends the worst practices by a gang of A1s, it’s not easy to make happiness. Except when you are laughing your *ss off about it…
Make your own happiness dude. I really like my team and my manager understands the current “issues” most people complain about and has been really accommodating. I personally feel like things have improved.
