Every single person who had their hours cut should be using all of their newfound free time to look for a new job. Bonus points if we can time it so that we all quit on the same day without giving any notice, of course. Lowe's leadership has no idea how many problems we can create for them if we are united.

Store manager here is the ‘invisible man’ also. And absolutely no senior management presence on the sales floor whatsoever during day. It’s a $60 million+ store on auto pilot with a district manager that is extremely laid back(I know, that’s rare) We are in the Southeast and get very few if ever any corporate visits. Departments are empty, only employees that are visible are MST and few pt’ers in lumber. Pathetic.
You think they care? Our SM sits his bony a-s-s in his car while the store burns down on weekends. The ASMs see his behavior and monkey see, monkey do..they disappear too..usually to Burger King or Sonic. The mgmt says "the products sell themselves"..SMART? only corporate a-s-s-h-o-l-e-s care about that. Store level mgmt stands around staring at their zebras/personal phones and DGAF. "Have you done your AP4ME?" S-T-F-U.
