I absolutely hate how dirty our store is. And I know there are those who are in even worse shape. Can't Belk at least make sure the stores are little cleaner?

Changing the toilet paper roll in Belk dirty bathroom does not cause brain damage! Can't Belk at least make sure the stores are little cleaner? If Belk can't afford to pay you at least $16 an hour to work here, it is the last thing on Belk store manager's empty mind!
