Too many are developing wrong habits from the get-go. Since for many this is the first job, they think this is how it's supposed to be. All they know is the Intel of today: the toxic place where hard work is rewarded with more work and brown nosing is rewarded with career advancement. I know we love to comment on their lack of work ethics and their willingness to kiss bu-t, but that's what they've learned here. They weren't here when knowledge, ideas, and hard work determined your career trajectory. They're doing what they see is working. I'm genuinely worried about the future.

If you are a kid out of college and you chose Intel, you need to get your IQ checked.
So many other companies offer higher growth potential and better comp packages.
