When I first got my job here, I was very lucky to have a colleague who was a great guy and an expert from whom I learned a lot. Now that all capable and knowledgeable employees are leaving the company, the question is who will remain to be the role model for all those yet to come here.

Why doesn’t this organization have hired trainers like their competition? Staff are already horribly stressed with an overflowing workload then the constant turnover with being designated as a required trainer for newbies is really requiring to much.
