Some positions have been open for atypically long time. TR is hiring but no one is hired. What is going on? Nobody wants to apply here anymore? Although, TR doesn’t rush into hiring as long as there are those of us who will do work for several people, right?

If you have a referral that isn’t necessarily qualified, but it’s a chance to take a step in their career, they have a very high likelihood of being hired. Use it as a resume builder and bounce.
