Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Use Honeywell's reputation against it

I don't know how, but when it comes to hiring, Honeywell still has a great reputation and looks great on a resume. Everybody who's unhappy here - and I know there's many, many of you - should be taking advantage of this and looking for a job while still being employed here. You'll be out of here in no time.

Weirdly, people think the bigger or more well known a 'name' is, the better it is. Whilst I'm currently looking for work, I keep the meager pay check - but this is really a disorganized rabble.

Waste of energy. Worry more about your reputation than Honeywell’s. Honeywell corp is much more capable than you at destroying the brand name.. ask any customer.

My time in Honeywell was spent 90% doing non-value-add, charlie fox organization misalignment juggling, feed-the-beast type of cr-p work and 10% doing the job.
Now, in my new job I have that 90% of my time back to do creative things or simply scratch my cr---h as I work remote, 100% less stress, and 40% more pay.

I was out in no time. But believe me , Honeywell is the worst name on my CV. Happy I am out, never experienced such a not nice place to work for.
