200 people who work on applying discount codes? Seems like a lot.
Biz IL are the folks who apply discount codes and work on the TFB side. RDMs we're eliminated and it was 200+. Over the next 60 days individual's unvaxxed will be given the boot. This way Tmobile doesn't have to lay off people, they just get fired. They want to trim approximately 2000 jobs in 2022. RDMs , Biz IL, and Unvaxxed should unfortunately get them close to their target. Sad to say this company has done a complete 180
More layoffs coming team in next 60 days
Hearing some rumblings...yes there are others. Nice to do it the day before they announce the bonus payouts coming on 2/18. And before the RSU Vesting/New Tronch on 2/25.
Is this going to be a bi annual thing? They just realigned consumer markets in summer of 2021.

Yup, I just got let go, so much for dedicating almost 7 years to T-Mobile.
I actually relocated for this job to an area I have no family, stuck out all the drama with everyone else quitting and now I am the one being let go after I played the advocate to T-Mobiel for over a year. I am so disgusted.

I'm not sure why they did this when they literally just hired a bunch of new people in these roles and also are expanding tfb into premium dealers.
