I bet management did well with their ICP! Even when everyone was told there were cuts and no raises, management was playing d-mb when they got their bonuses every damn year.

I hope the Katy Yacht club boys can still afford those big houses with no raise.

NOV cant afford toilet paper.
They have so many unpaid bills it’s ridiculous.
But the top makes sure they pay themselves and their buddy system.
Spring break is coming and they need to make sure they have fuel in da boat.
So with that said, he-l no your getting raises.

Inflation happened this year like every year. You didn't miss out on getting a raise, you got a PAY CUT to help NOV management and investors from losing any more.

There is a worker shortage nationwide. It is only your fault if you stay with a company that won't give you a raise. The company I work for just gave me an above average raise. I assume it is for the hope of retaining me as an employee. I constantly get inquiries from recruiters as companies NEED workers at this time.
