Just accept that Ford is the best trophy you are EVER going to get. Dont sc--w it up. SO.....Head down, work hard. Great times are coming. You know the automotive cycle.
This is a reason, along with the commenters, that I am looking elsewhere, outside of auto even. I cannot stand this BS anymore. AICP is garbage, merit is garbage and doesn't keep pace with inflation. Job duties have changed and more have been added. No one wants to come into an office anymore to help with anything. Ford is a joke.
Oh and for hybrid return to work we have gender neutral bathrooms to like forward too!

People will forgo high pay to move here and earn less to sit in the Train Station all day or, walk around with a coffee having those "amazing hallway conversations" like we used to. Wait, no we didn't, we sat chained to our desks in meetings all day only leaving to go to the bathroom or get a sandwich for lunch. Oh, and many had their own coffee maker at their desk.
