Thread regarding CoreLogic Inc. layoffs

I don't believe they will rethink their hiring strategy

Well, there is no reason for Corelogic to rethink their hiring strategy, as long as there are employees who will constantly correct the mistakes of the new hires.

It is okay if new employees have no experience and they make mistakes for that reason, but there are also people who are simply incompetent.

How much time do you spend just correcting their mistakes? I got really tired of all this and plan on leaving.

Agreed there are a lot of incompetent individuals and managers. Good people walk away because you are not liked if you have ideas that cause all the old timers to learn something new. The people that built the mess are trying to hide the mess than clean it up... But they're the only ones who get to have a voice

Good for you! As long as managers hire employees based on favorite vacation places or nepotism, problems will persist. Also wrongful terminations and prejudice as a result of wanting to be vax'd before coming back to the office? Do you really want to work for a company like that?
