How can aig force people to go to a new company like a piece of trash just to save money not paying severance just do ceo gets bigger bonus

So sad they did not ask people if they wanted to take the severance package to save someone that wanted there job. AIG is not employee friendly, nor forward thinking.
The job market is pretty good. If you’re considering a change, all the major insurers are hiring, especially in technology which is basically now contractors and consultants at AIG.
Too many experienced people let go, so now we spend huge $ to pay Accenture people hundreds per hour to clean up the mess.
If you have skills, then you can jump. If you have skills and stay put, just know it’s not going to get any better at AIG, at least in technology.

Yes employee’s are not considered worth anything by corporate no wonder people don’t work and collect government help it’s easier to collect welfare then work be treated like sh&t by aig
