Can anyone please tell what increase if at all and bonus they are planning for this year?

For the younger generation- it was never really possible to hit those numbers with promotions from within. Banking has always been extremely top heavy and those who make those numbers are very smart, highly political, socially skilled and big risk takers.
There are people now working with you who will achieve it.

For the old generation- it’s not really possible to hit those numbers anymore for those get promoted from within.
MD comp is generally about 400 to 500k average bonus 500k to 1.5M.
Director 175 to 250 k base and 75to 250 k bonus
If you play the game and let the blood letting continue without a peep you will get paid.
- 5% if you are an Exceeds. As for bonus - no , in the amount.
I have my comp meeting today. If I could log into the network, that is.
