I've heard of some folks being transferred to digital sales that were previously not a seller at all. This was forced.
Anyone know how to get in on that? I'd love to move to sales

Be careful what you wish for. Digital sales is the worst. That Leadership team is full of losers that just keep getting shuffled around when they should be fired. And you'll get pidgeon holed. There is a def stigma attached and Field managers will never hire you because they see you as an inside seller for a reason. Which is completely unfair because selling over the phone is way more difficult but nonetheless it is a reality. Also Digital is the main landing spot for the Summit program. So you'll work for the weakest leadership in IBM with a bunch of entitled aholes who are the only ones to get promoted because some family member is an exec.
