I’m not going back to the office when I can WFH. Let the boomers go into the office they need to justify their positions.
My group has been back 100% every day since May 17
No option to stay home even 1 or 2 days a week

Not going back. Proof of concept has been established. There is no rational argument for 100% in the office IF your job can truly be done remotely (obviously this doesn't apply to all jobs).

Many still are working from home under the guise of COVID. It makes one rather ashamed when you see the cleaning staff toiling away in their low wage jobs on campus while the p*ssies earning six figures cower like children at home
