Why only 105%?

To be honest, I am a little surprised since our results were so good. I guess we should now prepare for 1% merit increases.

250M on stock buyback is a slap to employees' faces when we're supposedly swimming in cash. Plenty of questions regarding compensations were raised during town hall but LT was too busy profiting off their 250M buyback to answer.

Start saving and interviewing asap if you're not close to retirement.

Because the rest is spent on stock buyback for the management to prop up
their stock grants ))). Easy explanation. I dare someone from LT to argue it.

Just wait until your manager lowers your expectations to 70% of the 105%….

You can forget a pay rise that’s going to be anywhere close to inflation in 2022.
