Why can’t you just go make the company some money instead of trying to come up with ideas on how to eliminate cow farts. I got my ews check and was pi---d it came with my regular one. We don’t need your fancy degree, school, or crazy fu----g ideas. How about you help make some money by having a real fu----g job in manufacturing and stfu?

O.P. - here we are one day later, so tell us, did you resign yesterday? Didn’t think so. So you’re all talk. Quit ExxonMobil or just shut the f#ck up! We’d prefer you just go away b#tch.

This would be so funny if it weren't so true...

My job to start was already 1.5 FTE and then 2 people quit and I resumed 100% of one of those positions. I got a great ranking but a cr---y % increase. Like really???? DW and his executive team is out of touch... The Roman Empire fell from within...looks like we are on the same path.

@fwd+1fdzhFC8 It sounds like you are from a totally different universe. Is there a way for you to get back to where Dr.Strange sent you from?

Chemicals is also as toxic as other organization....what did you expect? It is EM...some of the leaders in chemicals are bred in other organizations before they end up in chemicals....and they bring the toxicity with them...

I'd like to know what happened at the forum too. as an outsider looking at the business functions (am in EMIT) I always thought Chem is the most progressive of the three - working with them, there's much lesser bureaucracy, politics and turf mindset than F&L or Upstream. Folks are more nimble, more humble and much easier to work with. the Chem folks I worked with treated our EMIT team with less arrogance too. I thought its culture is the lesser of the evils and would be good if the company can all pivot there

Well, the previous EMCC forums had been much different than this one. There was reason to think the CLT understood and were working to make things better.

Hard to believe that after today’s performance.

People who haven't already left in the last 1.5 years, why would this forum suddenly make them change their minds?

Right the stupid people leaving just don’t understand the total value of their compensation

Impossible.

You just don’t understand our culture, or why it’s good that EM manipulates the compensation system, or that college hires avoid us like we have the clap.

It’s all wonderful, and if you just worked harder to understand you would get it.

You’re probably resigning cause you just don’t understand your compensation or the boundless opportunities that await you
