There is a mass exodus happening and management is trying their level best to calm the masses.

Those scores are from early 2021 - no way they are like that now.

When I was at IBM I never filled out surveys. Never believed they were anonymous because I could never trust the executives!

Time for management to start rowing the boat. Cause all the key row men and women have left or leaving.

Simply not true. I’ve never seen such survey results during years I’ve been here. Btw, ibm publishes survey only when the result is favorable which usually turns out to be outliers.

The challenge is that IBM uses the results to essentially rate the managers since in general that is what those surveys focus on.

The surveys are not anonymous. They are confidential. Big difference.

Are these US or Global results?

It certainly would not match up with what you see here. What you see here is a lot of ex-IBMers, a lot of disgruntled IBMers and a lot of mischief makers that have never worked at IBM at all, some sycophants that defend the company no matter what and then a few folks that are neutral that just like to yack..

It's a combination of sychophancy and job-preservation, akin to giving a bunch of war prisoners a survey on how they're being treated. The results would be skewed by each prisoner's survival instinct with only the bravest and most beligerent daring to complain. Another issue is that despite IBM's assertion that such surveys would be anonymous, employees know this is highlky improbable.

8/10 were the executives that would recommend IBM to all the new graduates

Regular workers are buys to fill these surveys except for management. So the results make sense
