Is this for real? What geo locations and roles are being targeted with this round?
If there were layoffs, which I doubt, I think the impacted employees would still qualify for the bonus payout. Those laid off will still be considered employees with benefits and salary for another 2 months. The layoff goes into effect two months out, but they don't ask you to work, in case you may sabotage something. I may be wrong, but I think they would still qualify.
There are no planned layoffs at Les Schwab either.
Probably the same mo--n mixing up Les Schwab and Charles Schwab. Layoffs before bonus payout would be the height of insulting. I doubt this is true.
Any word on what areas in Schwab will be impacted?
