Where is the promised Your Voice survey? I've got some things I'd like to say.

Long time employee, and from what I’ve seen: managers are held accountable for their associates’ morale. If your team has low morale over bad conditions, bad insurance coverage etc., it’s your fault. I suspect that this year, if your team is in an area that fiserv is trying to shrink (AP), it may be your fault if morale is too high.

My leadership told the team to give good marks in a specific areas because it was a reflection of them team. That was strange to because the questions were framed as greater Fiserv - I answered based on how the question was worded.

Yes, I agree they can track back to an individual. At least in the past, I believed the comments were rolled up and provided in an identifiable way. if fiserv is not protecting the employee feedback then we all have decisions to make regarding how to respond.

BTW, where is the corporate cheerleader saying it is anonymous and how great frank is?

I hope the survey is soon so I can nominate myself for a severance with my comments. They will not be kind.

I was pretty honest in my appraisal of Fiserv when I did my last voice survey. It was just before Frank started his back-to-the-office campaign, and I let them know how I felt about it in no uncertain terms.

A few weeks later, I was on the chopping block in the latest round of mass RIFs. I am pretty sure those surveys are not anonymous.

"We have reviewed your feedback and it looks to us that you would like more quality!"

I don't trust the surveys. They are set up in a way that any negative marks reflects back on your immediate Manager. We all know senior management is making the horrible decisions. Being a manager in this company must be very frustrating since they cannot make any decisions that would make things better. Then they get blamed if something goes wrong.

Becareful of your comments. More busy work will come your way when they attribute any discontent to your immediate boss. He or she will be tasked with making sure that your team falls into line. The survey is a joke.

Was supposed to be Q1. Guess they can’t keep commitments to employees or clients…

I used to trust this survey, but I don't anymore. Please be careful what you say and not make your comments identifiable to you.
