Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

2022 staffing and FC designations

Word is tomorrow many centers will learn what their new permanent hours will be as well as what staffing will look like.

Apparently most centers will now be 10-4 m-f, losing FCAMs and tellers only staffed with FCM, RBs and maybe an RM or two.

Expanded centers will add tellers as well as bringing back merchant tellers. They will be open m-f 9-5 and sat 10-4.

The breakdown will be 70% limited centers 30% expanded.

But yet the bank proudly says that 1 overworked teller is getting paid $21 an hour right? With $25 an hour on the way.

Maybe the relationship bankers are getting paid $23 an hour and just want to watch it all crumble?

Which cool aid did u drink to say "No one comes to the branch anymore"? When was the last time you were in a main /Evergreen branch? What amazing skillset do you have where you CANT see 40+ people standing in line glaring at the one teller working and 5 relationship bankers who just talk/gossip with each other. WE have customerS WAITING outside before we are even OPEN. When we close our doors customers are still inside. F.C.'s need more support staff and salary increase bc we are the ones getting yelled day after afrt day. We r the face of boa.

That would also explain why FC staff didn’t get raises this year. No one comes to the branch anymore so FC staff are now the pariahs!
