I wouldn't leave for a slightly better pay and benefits because, for now, it is still not so urgent for me to leave. However, I am not happy with the offers I'm receiving. I wonder how much better compensation and benefits have been offered to those who have left recently?

I doubled my pay at faang
I left as my skills were getting rusty. I left because my manager was hiding many things from me, he was treating my like a production line worker instead a principal engineer. I settled in a place that is paying me like 5% more than WD plus this place gave stock options. Benefits are way better in new place.
Sometimes is not just about money, is about not been happy.
