This seems too good to be true, however I’m hearing rumors. Is there any truth to this? Is it possible a management could actually get a 10% raise?

Raise was about 5%. However, that was 5% against the OLD pay band. So, whereas I was moving closer to the middle in the old one, they bumped me back the minimum ENTRY LEVEL salary. After 10 yrs. So, there you go. The change in my overall salary where I was already underpaid? Less than $3K. That's not adjusting for the market for inflation, experience, education, and high performance ratings consistently. That's smoke and mirrors. Period.
Wow. A 10% increase is like $13k for me. Of course, last year I only got like 1%.

I hope that the raise is true for those that are really doing a good job for AT&T. We deserve it. However, with execs like Arnoldi, Sommers, and so many others adding zero value receiving way to high of rewards it’s sad! They are NOT MERITED! It’s so sad that we are led by so many that are 100% clueless and they continue to receive millions of dollars. Randy would be proud as he was one of the clueless!
That bunch they hired in Huntsville---1 percent or less.
Sups will get comp statements to share starting next Wednesday, not March.
10% is dreaming unless your TSR changed and knocked you out of the new range.
Avg raise is 4% and supposedly factors in inflation for once. (Isn’t inflation 7% now?)
Success Bonus announced at 142% but you won’t know the exact number until your comp statement is shared or you’re a mathematician if you had salary changes last year. Some ppl had tsr changes that changed bonus payout from 11% to 13% at some point last year. That all plays into the calculation.
Will 10% raise to everyone automatically or based on managers discretion?
what about people who were promoted last year with different title but at lowest range in new title? will they get 10% bump in TSR?
Minimum 4% pay raise in my org under J Leggs.
I would think about it this way, while getting the 10% is nice, does it really make up been underpaid for years?
Merit raises will average 3.5-4%, some groups the average will be 4% actually and that’s already been approved, I’ve heard TSR will be adjusted up 10% so if you are currently at the very bottom of your job title TSR then yes you’ll get a 10% adjustment as bottom end of TSR goes up but you will not receive a merit raise on top of that adjustment. Success bonus has also been announced at little over 140%, e-mail came out last week detailing exact amount based off your current salary. TSR & merit raises will be announced couple days before the March 6th pay period instead of last week of February like years past. If you are a manager in good standing rated at meets, exceeds, excels or extraordinary contribution then you are about to see your TSR for job title go up considerably, receive an above average merit pay increase along with largest % bonus ever.
Get back to work to pay for management raise.
So what's the punchline? Is this another pull my finger joke?
4%-5% will be an awesome year for increases. We are looking at hard times ahead, this might be our last increase for a few years. Once they offload WM and cut the divided, free cash flow will drop (EPS & EBITDA) will struggle which will impact payouts. This huge debt will be like a boat anchor preventing us to move forward with innovation & growth.
Yeah, 25% for the Stink - everyone else can go pound sand!
10% increases would require all exception approvals. Budget was loaded at 3.5%-4% for merit increase. Those that receive more than budget are low in the TSR and will receive no merit.
I heard it was 20-25%.
maybe so or maybe not
There is no way the company is going put an additional 10% with benefits into their cost structure. I would say 3%.
Ten percent is possible if you are below your TSR and they are “correcting” your salary. Otherwise, I heard 2-4% is expected.
I heard average mgnt raise to be only 2-4%. So, whatever you're dreaming about 10%, that will possibly happen if you get promoted, but not your annual raise...sorry people!
Management does have its perks from time to time. Don't hate. You couldn't handle it.
Keep dreaming dude.
Yep! ‘Tis true!. Applause!!!!!
Word is already out that the Raise is between 4% and 5% with good performance.
