Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Dude, where's my notice?

Return FAQ...

"Q: How and when will I find out that it's time for me to return to the office?"
"A: You will be given AT LEAST 30 days' notice before your scheduled day back in the office."

I mean I'm no mathematician but a notice on 2/15 to return 3/1 is not exactly 30 days as noted.

I noticed that too. Math does not seem to be their strong point.

They are waiting to see how many people fall sick in March. They don't care about our health, just their money.

My manager told us that if we didn’t get a formal 30 day notice to RTO, then the March 1st email should be taken as our official notice to return. THEN after confirming with HR, my manager advised not to take the March 1st email as our official notice, and that we should still expect to see additional communication later.

If you mean that general email that is not your first notice email. It says in that email specifically about people who received their notice emails already. If you received a notice email, which is personalized, that was less than 30 then elevate it to your manager and they will work with you on it
