What do you all know about L3Harris Technologies

Hello,

I am sure I will get attached by someone for posting this here. But, anyway, I am looking into an opportunity with L3Harris (L3Harris Technologies). I am happy where I am now at HON, despite of all the stories going on this website, but am okay and doing fine with my boss and team.

However, I have a good offer from L3Harris Technologies, and it is worth looking into.

Be honest with me, do you know anything about L3Harris Technologies? Would you move there or would you recommend it for a friend or colleague? Do you see it as a good company?

My day retired from Harris before L3 was in the picture. He worked long hours but seemed to enjoy his job. This was in the Melbourne, FL area. Program Manager role.

It's not near as bad as Honeywell. In the future, it might be... but that's 15-20 years down the road. Don't know how long you've been at Honeywell. If you can imagine Honeywell around the year 2000... that's what L3 is like.

L3 is fine. Especially the mason oh plant. Nice people there.
I've worked contracts for every major defense company.
Only two have screwed me over bad enough to willingly talk trash about them to strangers. Honeywell and Elbit.

Decent company. Several former employees over there. I'd take the offer.

@crr+1fl7Wy6i hmm, interesting! I looked at their numbers and they claim they have 17-20 billion dollar of revenue and more than 45K employees. But thanks for the feedback. I will wait for others to respond and see what they say

It's Honeywell lite. In time it will be as worse. Grab the $$$ its all the same BS.
