I will never be a harm to you my peer SVP - please move me around and keep your job safe. He is a very good peer to have - just like a Chair, put it anywhere and it will adjust on the floor. Already 25+ years in Cisco so if you LR him - its more than 1m+ bonus money he will get in addition of all the millions he make by selling stocks for doing nothing... Pretty good outcome, isnot it?
The guys is more useless than a punture tyre. Atleast, you can drive your car for a while if you have puncture, may be refill the air, and its useful. But this guy is a train wreck and has fu---d all the BU/products he led and still part of the NaaS BU doing to aaS strategy-- Lol, the guy who cannot spell Strategy is running a strategy :-).
What’s ELT?
I guess he's really good at playing politics, and probably not good enough to find a lucrative gig elsewhere. So he is staying here, as useful as a chocolate teapot.
He doesn't challenge their job security, Cisco is not a performance based company.
