During Aetna Humana saga lots of good people left the company. Since than Humana is keep making fail attempts to get acquired.
Unfortunately Layoffs is the only option for Humana to be competitive for few more years.

Truth! Just go to their layoff page or United’s. Their level of turmoil, complaints, or layoffs are non-existent compared to Humana.
